Making an Appointment

What to Expect

We want to make sure that you feel comfortable and informed from the moment you walk through the door. Our team will greet you when you first arrive and provide new patient paperwork. This paperwork includes a health questionnaire, insurance information, and contact preferences. Once we have the necessary paperwork, a Dental Assistant will escort you to a treatment room where Dr. Rivera will assess your individual needs.

Initial Exam

Dr. Rivera and the team at Pure Smiles work to make your first visit as comfortable and easy as possible. We'll start by asking you questions, getting to know your oral hygiene routine, and listening to any concerns you may have about your oral health—all while your appointment is an hour or less. Afterward, our hygienist will show you how to properly care for your teeth and perform a thorough cleaning. Your visit will wrap up with Dr. Rivera completing your exam. From this consultation, we’ll be able to make recommendations for any treatments you may need.

Pain Concerns

Dental pain is one of the most common reasons people avoid going to the dentist. At Pure Smiles, we work hard to ensure that you feel comfortable and minimize pain throughout your visit as much as possible. If you are undergoing a dental procedure, Dr. Rivera will personally meet with you and create a plan for pain management. We'll be happy to provide the treatment you need in a way that works for you.

Dental Insurance

Our office accepts a variety of insurance providers, and we’re always looking to add more. If you don't see your provider listed, please call our office at (407) 881-1751, and we'll do our best to accommodate. In addition, Pure Smiles offers a flexible pricing structure that ensures everyone can receive the exceptional dental care they deserve. If your dental insurance doesn't cover all of your treatments, we will work with you to find a payment solution that fits your budget.
